• You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.houseofmohini.com.
• We aim to maximize your satisfaction level to our utmost capabilities and your experience on our site as enjoyable as possible. Below are the terms of exchanges, what we do and what we don't accept. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
• Making a purchase indicates that you have read, acknowledged, understand and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
• You may send us an email at houseofmohini@gmail.com for an acknowledgement and address details for the exchange process or you can use the Exchange form included in your parcel to send the items back.
• If you have received a damaged product, a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange. The unboxing video must be there.
• Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days from date of delivery.
• We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to send the item back for exchange by themselves. The charges for sending the product back will have to be bare by the customer.
